Anger Management

FEBRUARY 2021

Due to the current global pandemic, Court Approved Anger Management Classes will be held virtually in addition to individual sessions.

Family Support Services

Kids First Visitation provides support to parents in need. We assist by providing community resource referrals, parent education, assistance with groceries, gas, and other needed supplies which typically include hygiene kits and diapers. For assistance please contact (323) 484-6162.

Co-Parenting (Coming Soon)

Our co-parenting support group will be held once per month. Due to the current global pandemic, our monthly support group will be held virtually. Please check back with us to view start date.

Supervised Visitation

Supervised Visitation is parenting time supervised by a trained visitation monitor. Supervised visitation can help support parenting skills and assist in rebuilding/building a healthy parent-child relationship. Supervised visitation takes place off site (park, restaurant, etc. or can take place in the parents home if approved. The monitor is present with the child at all times.

Safe Exchanges

We provide supervised exchanges of the child (ren) between the custodial and non-custodial parent. There is no contact between parents. If you are interested in obtaining supervised visitation please contact us at (323) 484-6162 and for additional information.

Monitors Qualifications

We are Professional Supervised Child Visitation Monitors. All Professional Supervised Child Visitation Monitors are Members of Supervised Visitation Network (SVN) All monitors have successfully completed the required Professional California Supervised Visitation Monitor Provider Training Course. All Monitors have received a Certificate of Completion of the Professional Supervised Visitation Provider Training Course; by California Rules of Court 5.20 Family Code 3200.5

All monitors have submitted proof of their Criminal Background Check and Fingerprints; with the State of California Department of Justice, Bureau of Criminal Information and Analysis, Pursuant to California Penal Code Section 11121, 11142, and 11143. All Monitors are educated in The Uniform Standards of Practice for Providers of Supervised Visitation. See our About Page to learn about our Founder and Executive Director

Important Fee Information:

We require a minimum of two hours per visit. Per our cancellation policy, a minimum 24 hour notice for cancelling or postponement, must be given to us prior to the appointment. Any cancellation, no show, or postponement in less than 24 hours will be subject to the full fee being assessed of the cancelled, no show, or postponed visit. Payment is due at the beginning of the rendering of services. Fees for Kids First Visitation services are paid for by the Non-Custodial Parent, or as directed by the court order. If the monitor is subpoenaed to appear in court, a flat fee will be charged for each day served (half-day and full-day); to be paid in advance..

Late or Early Fee: If a party arrives more than 5 minutes late or early to a scheduled exchange or visit (for pick-up or drop-off), the party will be assessed $2.00 per minute AFTER the 5 minute grace period. Please visit our fees and services page.
